It may be used for applications at temperatures ranging from cryogenic to around 18000F, It has an excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance at high temperature and retains impact strength at cryogenic temperatures. It is the best choice where stresses may be problems in austenitic, ferritic and nickel alloys.
