• 3. Enter your Entity Name and PAN and select your Entity (constitution) Type from a dropdown. Then enter your First Name and Last Name or type the name of the person who will manage your L&T-SuFin account as the 'Admin' and click on "Proceed" to continue.
• 4. Enter the Admin user’s Email ID and Mobile Number and verify by clicking on "Request OTP".
• 5. Select the "Terms & Conditions" and "I'm not a robot" checkboxes and click on the "Submit" button.

L&T-SuFin will make the following deductions at the time of making payment to the sellers:

• 1. TDS u/s 194(O) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, @0.1%* of the total order value (product price plus GST; in the case of seller logistics, the logistics price is considered part of the product price). However, TDS @ higher rate of 5% applicable to specified persons u/s 206AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, shall be deducted if the seller has not filed its income tax return for two previous years under Section 139(1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, immediately preceding the previous year in which tax is required to be deducted and the aggregate of tax deducted or collected at source in each of these two financial years is INR 50,000 or more. The applicability of a higher TDS rate of 5% u/s Section 206AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for each seller, shall be verified on the Income Tax Portal (reference: Circular No. 11 of 2021 from CBDT).
• 2. TCS u/s 52 of the CGST Act 2017 is calculated @ 0.5%* of the order value (0.25% CGST+ 0.25% SGST or 0.5% IGST).
• 3. L&T-SuFin transaction fees on the total order value will be charged by the platform along with the applicable GST @18%.
