Weld metal deposited by SUPER-LH (SPL) is of RADIOGRAPIC quality, exceptionally tough, ductile, fully resistant to hot and cold cracking and displays remarkable impact strength at room temperature as well as at sub-zero temperature down to minus 45˚C.Typical applications include welding of carbon steel, low alloy structural steel, steel sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement, heavy and rigid structures, pressure vessels and equipments subjected to severe stress and requiring good toughness properties at sub-zero temperature down to minus 45˚C.
