Easymould®-WB is a blend of organic oil and polymer compounds used as a concrete releasing agent. It is diluted with water at the time of application, making it easy to use and apply uniformly on formwork surfaces. Unlike conventional mould releasing agents such as burnt oil, which often result in uneven finish and darken the concrete surface, Easymould®-WB provides a cleaner and more consistent performance. The chemical reacts with the alkali present in cement to form a thin, water-repellent film on the formwork surface. This film prevents concrete from sticking, ensuring smooth and easy removal of formwork after setting. As a result, it produces a uniform, smooth, and high-quality exposed concrete finish without common defects like honeycombing or pinholes. It also improves the overall appearance and durability of the concrete surface while maintaining better efficiency during construction work.
