Easymould® is a specially formulated oil based concrete releasing agent designed to provide clean and efficient separation between concrete and formwork surfaces. The product is manufactured using selected mineral oils, polymers and performance additives to deliver superior mould release properties compared to conventional shuttering oils. Easymould® reacts with the alkali present in fresh concrete to form a thin water repellent film on the formwork surface. This protective layer enables easy stripping of concrete while producing smooth fair faced and stain free concrete surfaces. The product also helps protect steel and wooden formwork from corrosion and damage, extending the service life of shuttering systems. Easymould® can be applied easily by brush, sponge or mould oil sprayer and requires only a thin uniform coat for effective performance. Available in 25 L Carbuoy and 200 L Drum Packaging.
