PackForge Impulse Sealing Machine 12 Inch (300 mm) is a hand held heat sealer built for fast, neat and airtight sealing of plastic bags, poly bags, pouches and food packets. It seals bags and pouches up to 12 inch wide in a single press and gives a clean 2 mm seal line every time. The element heats only while the handle is pressed, so there is no warm-up time and no power is drawn while idle. A 0-8 level adjustable timer sets a lower level for thin polythene and a higher level for thick laminated pouch. PTFE teflon coated sealing bar, nichrome wire element, powder coated steel body, 400 W impulse power and a red indicator light that shows when the seal is complete. Seals LD, LDPE, PP, PE, BOPP, polythene, laminated, aluminium foil and kraft foil pouches. Used for wholesale and distribution, rice and flour, garment, hardware, courier and e-commerce packing. In the box 2 free spare heating elements, 1 spare PTFE teflon tape, user guide and warranty card. 5 year warranty by PackForge.
