This Machine is given a facility to clean the surface of the black bar from 16 mm to 80 mm at a speed of a minimum of 2 meters/min and a maximum of 10-12 meters/min, up to 40 mm you can feed two bars at a time but only when the bars are strait i.e. from 16 mm to 40 mm. After shot blasting, you have no need to treat pickling treatment, direct pointing. The capacity of the machine is per Hour min 2.5 MT to 5 MT Depending upon the size of rods.
