The MINIFLOOR drive unit transforms the TRIAC into a practical, automatic floor welder. The quick-clamp lock on the holder allows the TRIAC to be assembled and disassembled within a matter of seconds. Its light weight of 6.6 kg (14.55 lbs) makes the MINIFLOOR easy to transport. The drive unit alone weighs 5.3 kg (11.7 lbs). All LEISTER and WELDY speed welding nozzles for flooring will fit. The MINIFLOOR is already worth using for weld seam lengths of 1.20 m (3.9 ft). The ingenious design of the MINIFLOOR with a TRIAC allows floor welding directly from wall to wall. Only one transition per weld seam is needed and time-consuming, wall welding connections are no longer necessary. A minimum wall distance of 51 mm (2.05 in) for floor welding is possible thanks to the hot air tool positioned on the outside to the right. It ensures hassle-free welding of common fillets (L-angle base profiles) or even elevations.
