Its frame uses tested quality steel conforming to IS 2062, while precision-machined gears are made from EN-352 international standard steel. Hooks are free to rotate and swivel as per IS 8610. It operates on 110V control voltage and uses an 8xK19+IWRC-LHOL-2160 wire rope. A DC brake is provided for both main hoisting and cross travel. Schneider contactors with silver touch points ensure reliable electrical performance. Safety features include a rotary limit switch, side pressure limit switch, thermal overload protection with relay, safe load indicator, and fall protection. An optional LED display screen is available for monitoring. Designed for durability, safety, and smooth operation, this hoist is ideal for demanding industrial applications.
