Heavy Industrial Cranes Single Girder overhead traveling cranes designed and manufactured in compliance to IS 807 & IS 3177 for different applications to appropriate class & duty / Hoist machinery designed in compliance to IS 3938. It is provided with a high-quality, cost-effective design suitable to the customer application. Safety Limit Switches for stoppers are provided to prevent over hoisting and traveling. End Stoppers are provided on either side of the bridge to limit the cross travel motion of the hoist/crab. M.S. chequered plate / anti-skid plate platform is provided for the full length on one side of the bridge girder. The Control Panel consists of contactors, overload relay, fuses, transformers etc. The operation of the crane is controlled by a suspended pendant push button station / remote control. The structural parts of the cranes are thoroughly cleaned and are applied with one coat of red oxide and two coats of enamel paints before dispatch.

The End Carriages are fabricated from rolled steel section with suitable diaphragms & stiffeners to give strong construction. Rubber buffers are provided on both sides of end carriages to absorb jerks
