DC 1K acrylic coatings are single-component (one-pack) paint systems that are ready to use directly from the can without the need for an added hardener or activator. They cure primarily through the evaporation of solvents or water at room temperature, forming a solid film as they dry. These coatings typically dry much faster than 2K systems, often being touch-dry within four hours. Frequently used for small-area repairs like scratches, touch-ups on door jambs, and headlight restoration.Our range is compatible with a variety of metal substrates—including Mild Steel (MS), Galvanized Iron (GI), Wood and Stainless Steel.
