The performance of cooling tower greatly depends upon the water distribution over the fills. We have gained prominence as the Manufacturer, Exporter, and Supplier of Super Plast PVC Nozzles. The products given by us are designed to meet the client’s demand for operating different industrial applications. PVC Nozzles distribute water evenly through a wide spray angle without any dry pockets. These nozzles are made out of a basic body of ABS plastics and three different types of nylon inserts and turbulators. The turbulators and orifice when assembled with the ABS body generate three types of nozzles capable of discharging water flow rates ranging from 30 GPM to 120 GPM. Depending upon the selection, each nozzle covers an area of 2'X2' to 4'X4' of tower area. A water flow chart to determine the selection may be provided on request.

Our SCSP nozzles are provided with 2.5" BSP threads and can be conveniently assembled onto any adapter having 2.5" BSP threads. We manufacture adapters, which may be inserted in AC pipes/PVC/PP Pipes.
