The BOMAG BW 55 E is a compact, walk-behind single-drum vibratory roller designed for efficient and precise compaction of asphalt, granular, and soil surfaces in tight spaces. Powered by a reliable Honda GX 120 air-cooled single-cylinder petrol engine, this roller delivers consistent performance with a power output of approximately 2.2 kW (3.0–3.5 hp) at 2,750 rpm, providing both machine movement and drum vibration through a hydrostatic drive system. Equipped with a 560 mm wide and 400 mm diameter compaction drum, the BW 55 E ensures uniform leveling and finishing, making it ideal for sidewalks, pathways, trenches, driveways, and patchwork asphalt areas. Its vibration exciter system operates at 77 Hz (~4,620 vibrations per minute), enabling effective compaction and a smooth, dense surface.
