CO2 Heaters are used for heating the gas before it enters into the regulator. It is efficiently designed which improves the efficiency in comparison to other conventional heaters. The heater is easy to use and can be directly connected to the cylinder and integrated in piping systems. The CO2 heaters ensure efficient vaporization of the gas and avoids regulator freezing. A high strength moulded case protects the unit from abuse and the mounting of the heater is designed to minimize overhang thus reducing the risk of accidental damage. The direct heat transfer from the element to the emerging liquid CO2 gives improved efficiency and enables the unit to function at a lower operating temperature thus prolonging element life.
