We have at your disposal our in house design and manufacturing facilities allowing us to offer you transformers on relatively short lead times and competitive prices to your exact specifications. Transformers are available in IS 1180 Part-1 and IS 2026 Energy Efficiency Standards specifications, complete with standard and special fittings that include: on load tap changers, tap changer control panels, separate and integral cooling bank systems, forced fan cooling, oil circulation pump systems, temperature monitoring systems, HV and LV cable boxes or outdoor bushings, Conservator and Buchhoz etc. All our Power Transformers are subject to stringent testing at our Heanor works which can be witnessed by clients at the end of the manufacturing process. Special tests such as temperature rise, impulse, noise levels, etc can also be offered as required. On completion of manufacture and dispatch, our site teams will where necessary provide site erecting/assembly and commissioning of our power transformers ensuring a turnkey solution.
